OUR STORY

Wolf Co was founded by Barrett Wolf in 2016. Barrett spent twelve years working for one of the top developers in the country. During his time working for the developer, Barrett helped oversee 1,000,000 square feet of retail and office. He also was able to partake in the acquisition and disposition of several large office and retail assets. It was during this time that his love for real estate blossomed. It was also during this time that he realized there was a large void in the South Florida market for hard working and knowledgeable brokers. In 2016, following his heart, Barrett left an incredible opportunity to start Wolf Co. Since then, he has never looked back. Wolf Co aims to serve its clients at a higher level then any firm in the industry. Wolf Co is built on the core principals of its founder. Always be honest, always put your client first, and always be available to serve.

Barrett Wolf

Prior to establishing Wolf Co Real Estate, Wolf served as the Vice President of Leasing at Turnberry Associates. In this role, he oversaw Turnberry’s Office Portfolio, which included 1,000,000 sq ft of Office space and was also deeply involved in retail leasing across the Turnberry Portfolio. Most recently, Wolf assisted in the leasing of the new tri-level, 315,000 square-foot expansion of Aventura Mall. He has closed transactions with Fortune 500 Office tenants as well as national retail chains, and has also worked on multiple new development projects, dispositions, acquisitions, and refinances.

Kimberly Von

Fortuitously, what began as a job accounting for investments has evolved into a passion for making and managing both principal and third party investments from Main St. to Wall St.

Summary:

  • Tax department at Deloitte where balance sheets and income statements translated into poetry for the left brain
  • UHNW investment team at Salomon Brothers where preferred investments ranged from bonds, to stocks, to currencies, to options and positive absolute returns
  • CFO in the dot.com bubble when revenues were more important than profits
  • Real Estate where leverage can be your friend and positive cash flow is imperative

All of these interrelated and business cycle experiences have given me insight into how investments, transactions, deal structures, and fiscal and regulatory policies impact EPS, P/E ratios, covenants, investor perceptions, cash flow and valuations.

Luna Lopez

Luna is currently a Leasing Associate at Wolf Co. Real Estate, focusing on commercial leases for retail, mixed-use, and office spaces. In this role, Luna manages leasing activities, conducts comprehensive market analysis, and develops strategic lease agreements tailored to client needs.

Previously, Luna worked as a Real Estate Agent at Fortune International Realty, specializing in luxury residential properties. She excelled in orchestrating property showings and aligning client preferences to find their dream homes, supported by detailed market analysis and insights into emerging trends.

At the Alan B. Levan | NSU Broward Center of Innovation, Luna managed a $2.8 million federal grant designed to support entrepreneurs. This role involved strategic planning, program coordination, and developing effective sales and marketing campaigns.

Luna also held executive marketing positions at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services – EWM Realty, where she crafted and managed impactful marketing campaigns, digital content, and brand development.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in entrepreneurship and minoring in real estate development and marketing, Luna combines a strong academic foundation with extensive industry experience to deliver exceptional service and strategic insights in real estate.

Carlos Godoy

Carlos grew up in Maryland and started a career in the Mortgage industry.
Carlos worked through the housing market crash and helped a lot of people keep their homes through loan modification programs. He loves his roots and is passionate about new experiences, after leaving the corporate world he entered the health and wellness field and has developed a deep interest in helping others. His passions require dedication and perseverance that translates into always meeting a client’s needs.

Attention to detail and an ever-increasing love of learning meant that he jumped at the chance to work in Real Estate when he moved to Florida in 2018. Since joining Wolf Co Carlos has excelled in customer Relations, from land lord and tenant Rep, to finding Investment opportunities. Carlos has become essential to the Wolf Co Family.

Josh Slovin

Josh is an experienced Florida licensed real estate agent throughout the Florida Region who specializes in Industrial and Multifamily Commercial Real Estate. Josh is a proud member of Wolf Co., a true full service commercial real estate firm. Specialties include landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales and development.

Josh is driven by helping the client accomplish their real estate goals, dedication to proactive communication and possesses strong ethics and delivers a professional and world class client experience.
He takes pride in listening to what is most important to his clients and is committed to delivering a high touch, unparalleled level of service. At Wolf Co, Josh puts the clients FIRST!!! Josh is a Graduate of the University of Arizona, with a BS in Personal Family Finance and is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Josh is involved in the local community and charities throughout the country focusing on both Mental Health and Special Needs Kids. Josh is an avid International and Extreme Skier and enjoys tennis, travel

Carlos Marcano

He is a professional risk manager with over 16 years of experience, assisting over 3000 commercial clients all over the US, from bars/restaurants to hotel/motels. Before his risk management career, he worked for a San Francisco based Asset Management firm.

Carlos is bringing his risk management expertise and background in finance in order to spearhead Wolf Co’s newest division, Business Brokering. A division dedicated to the purchase & selling of businesses, their assets and real estate in the South Florida area.

Our goal is to make the process of buying or selling a business as smooth as possible for both sides by relying on our global network of experienced business advisor partners through the IBBA.
